About Springs Village Care Center
If theire is one draw back i would say that at times they seem to be a little under staffed but other than that i would highly recommend Springs Village Care Center. I enjoyed my experience and interactions with staff and have really nothing bad to say about this location. I have to say again how impressed i am with the quality of the nurses here, they really understand and sympothize with patients during the rehabilitaion process.
This clubhouse saw expansion efforts in 2003. Improvements included two new pool tables, card tables and a library that operates on donations by residents. The library also houses a big-screen TV and the catering kitchen was remodeled as well. All these expenses were completed with reserve funds; residents had no increase in monthly homeowner's dues. Gleneagles Village is part of the GEV Homeowners' Association , which provides lawn care, snow removal, house painting, roof maintenance, trash removal and landscape care. The association also owns the community's streets and uses the funds to repair and improve them.

Village Builders has a reputation for building quality new construction homes. You can read all of Village Builders 166 homeowner reviews to learn why they are the right team to build your new home. They're just worried about getting the houses up and don't care how sloppy the craftsmanship is. That's why they can't sell these homes now. This is a place where the staff really does care about people. The nurses at this facility are excellent, the will go above and beyond to help and meet the needs of the people they are caring for.
It is like they tried to keep up the place. I really don't have any complaints about the facility itself. The main reason we went to this facility was because my mom was able to get a private room rather than sharing with somebody. The only strong complaint I have about this whole situation with my mom is that there didn't seem to be anybody involved in directing her care overall. The people in the hospital don't talk to the people in the care center. The people in the care center don’t talk to the different places where she has had appointments.
Even after listing all problems in warranty tickets, they aren't turning out till now. I am very much frustrated now and so finally decided I will take social media to share my feedback on Lennar Homes. Have been living in this new construction Lennar home in Odessa FL for 2 years now. The amount of issues we have had are honestly too many to fit in this box. The worst however have been the roof leaks.
